"Excellent Company. They were very responsive and were on time for the estimate. The information I received was very helpful. We had done foundation repair on our home, but there were many areas with cracks and mortar missing. Also an old intercom speaker had to be removed and there was a 2x4 inch hole in the brick from that. We thought the bid was reasonable, so contracted with them for the work. We are extremely happy with the result. There is no evidence at all of any cracks in the brick. The mortar has been filled in and everything matches completely. You can't see where any work was done. We can't even see where the hole for the intercom used to be! The work was completed in one afternoon. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone in the office and field was pleasant and easy to work with."

"It went very well. Both Steve and Alfonso were professional and very accommodating to our needs. They re-pointed all of the brick work on our 3,200 sq ft 2-story house and added a sealer on it. The re-point was to stop leaking from the inside of an exterior wall and it successfully stopped the leak. They also replaced a traditional half circle window with a larger rectangle window with glass blocks in the master bathroom. They were punctual and cleaned up after all work. We would not hesitate to recommend and/or use again when brick work is needed."

"Pablo Torres provided the estimate and described the method for completing the repair of my damaged brick. His estimate was not the only one I had gotten, but his plan for the repair work (removal and replacement) seemed the best way to go. He kept in contact with me, showed up at the agreed time and day, and honored his quote. He was very professional in the work he did and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. He was very efficient, but did not rush the job, and did the work in the manner he had described. The work was done yesterday, so I will comment in a later post about it is durability. However, at this time, I have high confidence that the repairs will preform as promised, and I highly recommend this young man and Torres Masonry Masters for any masonry work needed. In addition to the brick repair (area of about 2ft by 5ft, yes, I backed into my own garage), Pablo took the time to inspect the entire house and fill in any small japs or holes in joints. At my request, he also gave me estimates for some future projects I am considering. I am very confident that I will select Torres Masonry Masters for my future projects and recommend that my neighbors do so as well. (Jan 13,2024) It is now 7 days after the work was completed and I am updating my review. I stand by my previous comments. The repair looks fine and seems solid. The mortar has lightened somewhat as it cures and Pablo mentioned that overtime it would continue to do so. Therefore I continue to give him a FIVE Star rating for the work he did. Thank you."
