From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). "We had a very large driveway and patio that was incorrectly built from the original builder and was becoming a serious hazard due to the uneven surfaces and severe cracking of the concrete slabs. The Owner Lloyd and his wife came over to provide us a quote and suggest ways to achieve vision of what we wanted for the replacement of the concrete to last. We had a lot of great ideas, but Lloyd had to put all of them together, and educate us on what was the best way to accomplish our goals. He really knows how to do that too. We even did our home work to get a few quotes before, and L&L was by far the most professional and “realistic” of the other contractors. Their attention to details and honesty about some of the options that we though we wanted gave us an immediate comfort level with L&L since it was going to be a big and costly job.
