"We had a light and ceiling fan that needed to be installed. We also had a non functioning ceiling fan that needed to be fixed. The first contractor we called did not return our calls. SJDI responded promptly and gave us a ballpark quote for the work over the phone. The appointment was scheduled 2 days later and the contractor turned up early. He worked efficiently and as the broken ceiling fan was a simple fix he did not charge for that work. All we paid for was the installation of the new fan. Very satisfied and we would use them again."

"I contacted Marcos on Thursday, March 12, 2015  to get a quote on installing a sprinkler system on my property. The next day, Marcos sent me a quote based on the size of my yard. Marcos quote included exactly what he was going to install and that it would all areas with grass. I wanted to make sure that all areas with grass included the part on the other side of the sidewalk, and the side of the house. Marcos assured me that absolutely all areas would be included and they could come out on Sunday morning to start. The install would take 7 hours. <br /> When I woke up on Sunday morning the installers had already began to dig up my yard. After a few hours, one of the installers rang my doorbell to tell me that they were finished and he wanted to show me how to program the control panel. The first thing I noticed is that you cannot tell that my yard was dug up, at all.  <br /> <br />"

"The plumber who came was kind and temporarily replaced the disposal, at first charging $175 then dropping the price to $140 because that's how much cash I had I. Hand. However it broke entirely less than a week later and the owner told me to get a new disposal which he'd personally install...he told me what kind to buy- at least 1.5 hp and told me he'd be there in the morning. He never showed- not even days later. Finallly- after at least an entire week passed- I gave up and hired another plumber to install it for me T my expenses. I had dishes piling up and it wasn't pleasant living conditions in the increasingly unclear rn hkitchen and I worried about the health hazard I feared it may pose and are out for at least a week. When it was finally replaced I breathed a sigh of relief...I am disappointed in Sam personally and professionally and the fact that a customer had to endure what I did- with no explanation or apology. Unacceptable."

"TIS Services designed and installed a smart sprinkler system and did this in only a day and a half. They did this with saving my grass and when they finished most of the trenches you couldn't tell they was ever dug. I am very impressed with the quality of the work they performed. I would suggest to anyone to use TIS. I called Obsta Plumbing at 7:30am on a Saturday because the broken toilet was flooding my house and I received a call back within 15 min. they referred me to a service to assist with the water removal and clean up. Obsta Plumbing then had the new toilet installed and the old one removed as soon as the water removal and clean up was done. I very much appreciated the quick response and willingness to work after hours to assist their customers. <br /> <br />Obsta Plumbing has come out recently to consult and give a quote for a water filter, sink and faucet install. They were timely, fair and informative. I do plan on hiring Obsta Plumbing for this job in the near future. <br />"
