"I am extremely satisfied with all work performed. My house looks like new construction. The owner, Joe Boyd, gave me the initial estimate and was my direct contact throughout the job. I have never been more impressed with a contractor in my life. This young man has learned early that customer satisfaction matters. This was a big job, and occasionally there was some small thing that I wanted corrected or changed. Joe's answer was always, "we will fix that", and they did, His crew was courteous and professional at all times. They were punctual and worked every day weather permitted. Chris and Johnny would often ask me how I wanted some detail to look, which I really appreciated. There was a lot of detail work in this project and these guys clearly took a lot of pride in their work. The job started with a two man crew, and a third man was added about 1/2 way through. I had a total of 4 bids on this project. Two from the big boys that were higher, one from a local contractor that was lower. In all three cases they would only do the siding, not the additional work I needed. I wanted a complete exterior upgrade and that is what I received. In the end the cost was a little higher than I had expected for some add on items, but was fair and reasonable for the level of effort. I feel the cost vs. value for this work was excellent. It has been about three months since the job was finished. My critical eye has found nothing to complain about, and that is also a first. I just wish Complete Exteriors also handled interior remodeling...my next project. I will recommend this company to anyone needing exterior work on their home."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
