Get matched with top window cleaners in DHS, MD

"Pros: They did a great job thoroughly cleaning out my ductwork. The person that came was polite and professional. Cons: Not on time after stressing the importance due to another company coming the same day. I had to call the morning of to verify someone was still coming. Being on time is very important to me, if not for that, I would have given 5 stars."

"Maxwell gave good notice of his arrival time, within the window, and was here on time. He performed the vent cleaning service we had contracted and sold an additional service for cleaning lint inside the dryer for a reasonable price. He was professional and thorough."

"Technician arrived on time, was fast, thorough, and professional. Everything was left clean."

"We hired Sixpenny because we needed an urgent cleaning done on our newly purchased house after burning one fire and they said they could be at our house within 2 days, but only provided a 4 hour time window (12pm-4pm), requiring me to take the day off of work and stay home. The day comes with gusty winds which slowed down all of their appointments that day. This would not have been a major problem in itself if the company communicated that to me proactively, but by 3pm I called to confirm we were still on the list to be cleaned. By 4pm I called and was informed that the cleaner was on his way, at 4:30 I called again was told he was still on his way but no known estimated arrival time. Finally arrived shortly after 5pm, rushed through the cleaning as quick as he could, wasn't really able to answer any questions about how to reduce the fireplace smell in the house, from the concrete slab or from the hardwood floors and left in less than an hour. I understand he had a long day and was slowed by the weather, but the lack of proactive communication to keep us in the loop, as well as the limited knowledge either possessed or shared, is why I rated this company lower."

"I had great experience with the chimney cleaning service. Al was professional, punctual, and very thorough. He took the time to clean everything properly and let neat afterwards."

"The quality of the cleaning service is excellent, and the team is highly responsible."

"Giovanni came to check the venting and duct cleaning for our clothes dryer. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem with our present setup and gave us alternatives to handle it. He did not try to charge us for unnecessary work. I highly recommend him and C & C for honest and effective advice."

"Hired him to clean our chimney, for a wood-burning fireplace insert with chimney liner. We also needed several fire bricks replaced, which he did. Also needed adjustment of the firebox door, which had become a bit loose. He did all the above to our satisfaction, and our chimney draws much better now. We're very happy with his work."

"They did an excellent job with my yard clean up. They were thorough and went above expectations. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again."
