"I hired the vendor to repair my master bedroom door. The work was completed to my satisfaction. Communication is very important factor when delivering a product or service, I believe their is an opportunity to improve in the area of confirming a time with your customer and showing up at the agreed upon time."

"Melvin was knowledgeable and friendly. He called me ahead of time saying he was going to be late because of the traffic in the rain. He was able to find replacement screen doors and install them the same day."

"5 stars only because I couldn't select a higher number. Professional, Courteous, reasonable, fast and efficient are all words that I can use to describe this Company. Mack and all of his crew did the type of work they would do if this were their home. Not only were they a joy to work with but they also took time to take care of the small details that most contractors don't do. They don't just do the job, they do it right. Mack offered many suggestions to us that would make the projects much better and he did them with little or no extra charges. He just wants to do things the best possible way. On our last project they installed my greenhouse and parts were missing from the container when it arrived and they insisted on coming back when the parts arrive to complete the job even though I did not expect them to. I am already planning my next projects for them to come do. They always communicated with me about the times they would be working and they were always on time. They always cleaned up when they were done and they came to ask me if they had any questions or concerns."

"The installers we're very knowledgeable and worked continuously from dawn to dusk to get the project done in one day. They had our fencing ready to be installed 4 weeks earlier than planned. We were so grateful, as our dogs were used to using a doggy door to go out. For 2 months we had to take them out on a leash. We were very happy with the finished product, it looks amazing!!!"

"Door installation was done quickly and professionally. My only concern was the time to get the door delivered."
