We worked to find the best placement for my electronics monitor box since my garage does not have an outlet on an outside facing wall. The box was installed in my living room (my suggestion) under a table that sits on an outside facing wall and near an outlet. It is also hidden by a curtain, so it all works out. The technician thoroughly explained the training program for my six-month old poodle mix so that he could learn the boundaries. I was left with an instruction sheet and told to call if there were any problems or questions. I followed the program as instructed and my puppy learned and responded to the beeping of the collar very quickly. I can go to the mailbox or neighbor's yard knowing that my puppy will stay in the yard! He usually waits for me at the front door :-) I'm so glad that we chose to have the fence installed to keep the rascal safe!"

"Luke came and did a scope of our property, measurements, and gave us different options for a fence. We weren't ready at that very moment so he sent updated quotes weekly to keep us posted on the fluctuations in price. Finally we were ready and Luke fit us right in and moved us up when there was a cancellation. Unfortunately we were not aware that our house was built on a very hard mineral stone making the job a whole lot harder than the norm. But Luke did not give up! He kept us posted on his progress and any delays we would come up against. The finished product, as challenging as it was to complete, was BEAUTIFUL!! They updated me throughout the process on the status and kept me informed on when a change in plans had to be made (weather related). Prior to the start date during the site survey the team informed me of any considerations (terrain, tree limbs) that might cause problems and a proposed solution. Due to the accuracy of the walk through, the installation of the privacy fence took less than the stated time (1 day vs 2).
