He installed crown moldings and picture frames in the foyer, crown moldings in upstairs hallway, media room and masterâ s bedroom and a coffered ceiling in the family room. He is very caring, punctual, professional and delivers an excellent service with a smile. He removes all furniture and pictures from the work area and covers them. He covers the floors to protect them from any dust or paint. They work very neatly and clean, pays attention to detail and is very meticulous. All furniture are put back in place when the work is complete. He shares his ideas and make recommendations for design and choice of material to get best results for my project. "Carlos Padillo called me the day I posted this project and came out the next day and provided a free estimate. We also received quotes from 2 other companies. We decided to install 1,400sf of LVP with new quarter round throughout the common areas. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule for desired installation dates. They removed 550sf of carpet and 850sf of engineered wood and laid the LVP and completed all work in 3 1/2 days. They did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail and even caulked and painted where necessary for new quarter round. They worked hard to ensure that the flooring was laid perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family."
