"SOD WAS LAYED QUICKLY. WORKERS MOSTLY SPOKE SPANISH SO SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE, HOWEVER, THEY WORKED TIRELESSLY UNTIL THEY WERE DONE. WHEN INSTALLING THE PLANTS, THEY WERE NOT AS GOOD AT THIS, NOT THEIR FORTE. THEY COMPLAINED A LOT ABOUT HOW HARD IT WAS TO DO THE PLANTINGS. DURING BOTH JOBS THEY DRANK BEER DURING THEIR BREAKS AND LEFT THE BEER BOTTLES IN OUR BACK YARD OR IN THE NEIGHBORS."

"It went very well! Jay kept in touch, letting us know when he and his crew would arrive, and good communication is so important to us. And then they did a great job removing gravel from an area that will become a flower bed for pollinators. Thanks, guy!!"

"Our concrete slab was in bad shape for a floating floor. These guys ground and ground and used self leveling concrete to flatten out the floor. They under cut the stonework we had so the flooring would slip under it and make a nicer looking finish. They under cut door jambs and finished off base boards with shoe molding. The joints in the flooring were good and tight. They did an overall nice and professional job."

"Very great job very affordable very hard job but he got it done i was suprised with the results changed My whole back yard looks great i recomed this to everyone!"

"GCS did an excellent job executing a pretty complicated project. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The bid that Dennis provided was very detailed and thorough. He came by several times to take measurements and ask questions about our intentions and goals for the project. He also had his electrical and HVAC subcontractors contact us to gather information about the project. It took about two weeks for the bid to be completed, which caused us to get a little impatient, but the final result was far more complete and thorough than any of the other bids we received. The cost was also very competitive. Work started soon after we signed the contract. Dennis did a very good job of coordinating the the tasks, including bringing the various subcontractors to the site in a timely manner, and within about 6 weeks we had the foundations poured and the basic framing done on the 8'x10' kitchen addition and the 16'x20' 1st floor bedroom/basement addition. Dennis' team were receptive to the changes to the plan (there will always be changes to the plan) that we asked for. The changes were documented, invoiced and priced reasonably. There was a lot of inside work to perform, so that took another 3 months or so. Insulation, drywalling, drywall finishing, carpet removal and installation, removal of the old kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Again, Dennis did a good job of scheduling the various specialists to come in and do their thing. Dennis was very responsive to any issues or concerns that came up through text messaging or by phone. Problems: Main issue was that the pace of work in the middle of the project was slower than we would have liked. This was mostly an issue with one individual worker. Overall: We are very happy with the results of the project and would recommend GCS highly. Attached picture is of the kitchen interior just prior to completion. It is exactly what we had envisioned."

"Brad and his guys It's on time and with the right equipment to get the job done.. This was a very difficult job with a very large tree in my front yard on a very small lot with very close by neighbors and I must say it was amazing to watch them work. Work. I would definitely recommend them to anybody for trewer but also for other services as they are well equipped to tackle most anything. Well definitely use them again!"
