"This man is a commercial window washer. Uses a squeegee to clean the windows on a residential home. Power washer to clean screens that tore a hole. Soapy water dripping on carpet and sills. If you have a large, high story building, this is your guy. Otherwise, I suggest someone else."

"They're very good. They're very thorough. They get everything very clean. We've used other cleaning services in the past and have always been disappointed, but Ivanilde's is extremely good. I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. "I had a bad odor coming from my vents. They came out and were to clean my ducts. After inspecting my vents they came up with a different option. They cleaned and sanitized my air handler after discovering dirt and some mold on the condensers and blower. Then they sanitized the whole vent system. Originally I was expecting to pay a little over $400. Instead they charged me $190. They were polite. professional and clean.
