"Scott is a true professional and an honest gentleman.  When we first got together, he listened intently to what I had in mind and came back with a proposal that included a complete job specification.  During the process, he kept me aware of progress all along the way by walking me through the steps that had been completed, either face to face, or by text messages and photographs when it was impossible for me to be on site.  During a holiday weekend, I discovered a problem with my home that was totally unrelated to the project at hand.  I called Scott to ask if he knew of anyone who might be able to help me out and he took time away from his family to stop by, take a look with me, and tell me that he could take care of the problem while his crew was there the following week.  Indeed he did, and was extremely fair in his pricing as well.
