"They came in and gave me an estimate. They were very helpful in explaining what was going on. We scheduled a date for them to come in. However, when it came time to do the work he first time, they sent a guy who couldn't replace the subflooring. He didn't even know that the subflooring would need to be replaced. So after spending my morning waiting for these guys, I had to reschedule
for another day. Thankfully they sent a new team the 2nd time who did the subflooring and the new hardwood both. The installers did a pretty good job. I would recommend these guys again, but honestly if I can find another company which doesn't use subcontractors for a similar price I would probably do that.
