"After contacting S & S Electric via email and requesting price quote for labor only on installing a transfer switch for a portable generator, Steven responded quickly with a price quote and some simple questions about the job. I made an appointment for the installation and Steve and his colleague, Dave, arrived on the appointed day and time on schedule. They assessed the work and came up with a plan of attack and got straight to work. It took them a total of 2 hours to install, wire and test the power going from my generator to the new switch and all the items I wanted to hook up for power.
They even took a look and fixed a loose wire in a bathroom fixture for free.
Steven was very good about explaining what I needed to do to use the switch, what issues to watch out for and maintenance tips for my generator. Overall the whole job was very professional, priced fairly and went extremely well. I would highly recommend their services.
