"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

"Jose and his crew at JP Landscaping Inc. are highly professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I needed a 500 sq foot wooden deck to be removed and a 600 sq foot flagstone patio, with a sitting wall, to be put in its place. Jose came out and gave me a free estimate. His estimate was highly competitive. JP Landscaping Inc. finished ahead of schedule and did beautiful work. During the process, Jose was responsive to all of my questions. I also appreciated that the crew would clean up my yard, after each day of work. I love my patio. I would hire JP Landscaping Inc. again if I needed to. The company also repaired a section of my fence that surrounds my backyard. The fence looks like new. They did a great job matching the replacement section to my existing fence. Upon completion of their work, I even asked them for quotes on additional projects, I liked them so much."

"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"We were looking to add outdoor landscape lighting to our residence. Our objective was to increase home security while enhancing our homes appearance. Nuprenâ s cost estimate was timely, comprehensive, easily understandable and reasonably priced. They also had some great ideas we incorporated into our plan. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed all facets of the job quickly, professionally, neatly and with attention to detail. Walter and Kita answered our questions and provided excellent instruction and explanation throughout the process. They were friendly, professional, and eager to please. In the end, our outdoor lighting project looks fantastic -Nupren exceeded our expectations. We ditto: 6 out of 5 stars!"

"They are extremely efficient and reliable. They've done about 5 different jobs for me and I've been very satisfied with their work. They've painted a powder room and installed a vanity, light and mirror in it, they've installed in-line water filters, and there even put in an area of hardwood flooring. They are fast and friendly, I would definitely recommend them and rely on them for my handyman needs."

"This was one of the best experiences we have had with home repair/contractor type work!  We cannot wait to hire Asa again.  So glad we found him.  His prices are unbelievable for what you get."

"Contractor arrived earlier than scheduled and got straight to work.  Unfortunately the problem with the light involved more complex electrical work than I had thought so it was not fixed.  However, he did fix the problem I was having with the faulty lighting in the ceiling fans from my original request - I was using the wrong light-bulbs.  Go figure!
