"Zack was incredible. He made my ceiling look night and day from what it was! My skylight leaked into my master bathroom. I had the skylight removed and tried to patch the hole myself. Ha didn't work. I contacted Zack to fix the ceiling. It looks like the skylight was never there. It's beautiful! Flushed with the rest of the room, flawlessly! I would use him on my next home and any future products. I would also recommend him to anybody in the community. He's polite, trustworthy, punctual and keeps you informed on the product. "Willard Seals is an expert on exterior painting. He and his crew pay attention to detail and deliver with excellence. My job was to exterior paint my siding and trim repairing as needed. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. It turns out they delivered great value at a very reasonable price. I will use them again."

We offer extremely low monitoring rates for our security systems, can monitor them with or without a phone line and WE DO NOT REQUIRE A LONG-TERM CONTRACT. We also do residential and commercial prewires and repair service on monitored and non-monitored security systems. The vast majority of our services are done by in-house employment. WE are licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau and our license # is B14455. We custom fit our services to meet each of our customer's needs. Our pricing is dependent on the services and equipment needed to complete each job. In most cases, we can give a general quote over the phone with a detailed quote being rendered after an on-site inspection has been completed. Our standard monitoring fee for security systems is $24.95 per month for cellular monitoring which does not require a phone line. WE DO NOT REQUIRE A LONG-TERM CONTRACT for our monitored customers.
