The only ding I would give is that it fell to me to check on when the shutters would be ready, and when installation would take place. When I called to check, the young woman told me what date they would be installed which was a date they selected without any input from me. Fortunately it worked out but it was a little frustrating. Otherwise, the installers did a great job and I love my shutters. I would definitely hire them again when I'm ready to do more!"
