"It's easy to provide great customer service when things go well. But when things are difficult, when equipment doesn't behave like it's supposed to and the troubleshooting is hard, that's when you really see what a company is made of. We had one pesky controller that would not work like it was supposed to. It took quite a few visits, manufacturer's reps and lead technicians, replacements and tweaks, trying to figure out why this would not work. Finally the best solution was a new controller that was a different model but better and is working flawlessly. Our pool has never looked better. Thanks to Joey for his help and a big thanks to Gary.
