He was very responsive from the beginning and remained involved and available for questions throughout the job until the end. I had my own design in mind to remedy some of the problems that involved running a portion of the downspout underground and away from the yard into a trench in the driveway. Robert was very open minded and listened to my ideas. He took the time to inspect the existing installation, identify the weak spots, and reason through all the details with me. He seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution that was both effective and within our budget. What I really liked about him is his creative thinking and open mind when problem solving. 2 years later the new downspout and gutter design is still functioning well and we have had no water seeping into the house since then.
