The worker's name Luis Ortiz, does not accept the responsibility of flooding the garage and the laundry room, and refuse to clean the house floors, carpet, rug and the bathroom floors, They are very unprofessional and should never be trusted to do a power washing job for your home. They did not warned us about a window being open during the work or even some door clearance from the floor."

We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The crew was very prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned the work area every evening. The finished product looks terrific. I can't over emphasize how terrific E.M. Texture was to work with.
