"I wanted to get a quote to landscape my entire property. I was told that they do not quote until they had a plan they offered to generate a plan for $1200, and asked for the entire amount upfront. I paid them, planner then disappeared for months, and only responded with excuses after I hounded him for my plan. Needless to say, no plan ever got produced, my demand for a refund has been ignored, and now I will have to take them to court."
