"I hired Niz Masonry to remove 2 failing fences and install a new fence in its place. Santos and his team showed up at exactly 8am all 3 days they were here. Within the first hour of the first day one side of my yard was fully removed and they were starting on the posts. They went above and beyond to get the fence perfectly straight, and joined it perfectly with the posts joining our neighbors fences. All posts were installed at full depth with concrete. We had tree stumps that were in the way of the fence line on both sides of our yard and they went above and beyond, carving away just enough of the stumps to fit the fence panels in perfectly. The crew was friendly, courteous, and clean. They were very careful around everything in our yard, cleaned up as they went and left at the end of the day with our yard perfectly clean. They were also very courteous of our neighbors and cleaned their yards as well. There were many spots in this job where they could have taken short cuts, but they didnâ t take any of them. They did everything by the book and iâ m extremely satisfied with the results. They wonâ t be the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, and I feel like I got more than I couldâ ve asked for. "After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. This was no small project and took over two weeks to complete, and every step of the way Ion and his one-person crew were on the job promptly each morning and took care to consult us on every issue that came up. He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). Despite the tumult, the progressed nicely throughout.... The restoration itself looks wonderful and enhanced the look (and certainly the value) of the property. We were constantly consulted on decisions related to material and design, and the Ion's craftsmanship is evident in the final product. We highly recommend I.C.
