Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. The work was high quality, in my opinion, and I'm confident we made the right choice going with Eads Roofing. There were some delays in communication on occasion but the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone was great to work with."

"Excellent service. Paint crew worked tirelessly for two days power washing, scraping, caulking, and then finally painting. They met and exceeded my expectations. Gutter crew installed covers and rehung two gutters that were flowing the wrong way (a problem that a previous company failed to correct). So far (<1 month), the covers and the repair seem to be working. Pricing and scheduling were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use JD Hostetter & Associates again."

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! "Roger came out this morning. Tore off the vent on the roof, fixed it and put it back on. Water tested roof no leaks. We had some pieces of facia needed to be put on. He took care of all of that. I very nice gentleman. Thank you Knox for sending Roger to do the work."

I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."
