I contacted Advanced through Angie’s list but they never returned my call. I called them back when we got back home from Thanksgiving and they set up a time to go out to the house the next day. The next day they contacted me and said they needed to bump the call to the next day. They went out, assessed the problem, quoted and repaired the pipe, They also extended the Angie’s List discount which was a pleasant surprise. Other than them not getting back with me initially and also having to delay the scheduled repair I was satisfied with them and would recommend them."
