"Palette Pro did work for me on two separate occasions. The first time was to prepare a new apartment prior to my moving in. The work involved painting, floor re-finishing, and some carpentry. All work was performed to a very high standard. The crew was meticulous, and followed the work plan perfectly. Willian, the supervisor, kept me informed on progress over the course of several weeks. On the second occasion, I used Palette Pro to re-paint a bedroom following a serious leak in my apartment. Again, the work was done perfectly. They were very accommodating to my schedule. He converted part of our garage into an amazing room - you would never know it was once part of the garage as it flows seamlessly into the house. The herringbone tile floor installation was excellent, as well as the cabinets/doors/wall installation. Luis also had a team that managed plumbing, electrical, and hvac work. We are so happy with the space and always receive so many compliments. Luis is super easy to work with, strong attention to detail and has a great attitude."

"I do not recommend this contractor. I recently bought a house in Ridgefield ct, so I hired this company to paint several rooms in the house. And because I didn't move yet, so they work unsupervised. They didn't know I had surveillance cameras all over. So I noticed this: THE BAD I capture unprofessional behavior. first, the painters went to rooms they were not supposed to enter, then they use my ladder without my authorization, and lastly, one of them smoked in my balcony. (when I confront the contractor, he said that if they smoke outside is not a problem....fire hello!! I was about to terminate the contract, but they were close to finishing the job) Most of it was of good quality regarding the painting, but they did not deliver the same quality in one room (my kid's room). I was even able to see the prior paint color. When I show this to the manager in the final walk, he said they already used three layers of paint, and to get it right, and it will cost me extra. I don't care how many layers they use; what I need is a good job! THE GOOD they booked me fast, and the price was reasonable. So, in conclusion, If you are not going to be in the property when working, be vigilant. And also, be prepared to pay more if you want a great job. I am definitely not hiring them again."
