"We have used Freestate to periodically trim our trees and always found Ben (owner) to be professional and more than fair in his pricing. When the heavy winds came through Friday a large tree split and a huge brach (more like a small tree - see photo) crashed down on our neighbor's roof, puncturing it. Our neighbor didn't know who to call so I called Ben. He happened to be in our neighborhood dealing with another downed tree and said he'd come over that night; and he did. The crew off-loaded some heavy machinery and promised to be back in the morning. Promise kept. By end of that day (Saturday) the branch was off the roof, the the split tree (a 70 footer) was down and the crew temporarily patched the neighbor's roof. While they were here I asked Ben to take down two other white pines that are notorious for shallow roots and fragile limbs. He did so at a great price. The neighbors and I are extremely satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"I contacted five tree removal companies to provide an estimate. The Greentree guy (I am sorry he verbally told me his name, but I have forgotten it).I provided him with my list of what exactly I wanted done and I accompanied him around the yard pointing out the trees and discussing the job. He seemed to know what he was talking about and provided me with what I thought was useful information. When we were finished, he verbally gave me an estimate and gave me some information about Greentree's schedule and openings. I thanked him for his time and he left. The estimate he gave me was the lowest estimate I received, however it was not written down nor did he provide me with any supporting paperwork like all the rest. It may just be me but I was someone uncomfortable with this approach to business. It may have worked out perfectly well if I had decided to go with Greentree, and maybe they are so busy they don't need to be more business like. In any case, despite the low estimate, I was just not comfortable with Greentree. Other's may feel differently."

"Everything went extremely well. They scheduled our appointment within 24 hours and arrived early. Everything went as expected and the quoted price was the actual price. I was very pleased."

"Snyder's came to do tree work after an ice storm. They gave us a fair and reasonable price (which I base upon the cost of having recently had an entire tree removed within the past year). The workers were professional, friendly, and did the best job they could with cleaning up tree litter, despite all the ice and snow on the ground. I was very pleased with the last minute decision to go with Snyder's

"We had a massive tree we needed removed because the top branches were dying and one of the small ones, 12 feet long, fell off during a storm and hit the house. The tree was a 65-70 foot tall oak. We ended up calling a couple of folks to come out for estimates. Some of the other companies wouldn’t even touch the tree because it was on a steep hill. These guys were very, very reasonable and did fantastic work. The man who climbed the tree is exceptionally skilled. This tree was pretty close to the house and I was worried that one of the large branches would come in contact on the way down. Everything went very smooth between the removal and clean up. I could not be more impressed with a company. I will absolutely be calling them for any additional trees we want removed. They have earned my future business. I will highly recommend them to all our friends, family and neighbors. It would be a mistake not to check these folks out."

"80mph t-storm gusts blew over a 25-30ft tree in our yard. It landed on a small fruit tree - crushed it.Got up the next morning and called Mand G because they were local and their hours start at 7am.They were here by 8:15 and gone by 9:30am. Did a great cleanup job and will be back next week to grind the stumps.
Nice guy, nice crew. Would definitely recommend without hesitation."

"I hired Timber Care to remove and haul away a 42" round tulip poplar tree. I was really nervous about this because the tree was so large and close to the house, they had to remove part of my fence as well. My fears were put to rest when I saw them start to work, the lead fellow that did all the trimming was great he made it seem so easy and the crew that worked with him also. It took them most of the day to do this. I would definitely hire them again and request the same crew.
