"I recently used Forrest & Son Contracting (Roofing Repair) to repair my roof. The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! "It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."
