"The salesman Ruben was very effective in his sales pitch. Very professional, reviewed the contract with me and explained every line.  There were a couple of miscommunications, but when I called for clarification they called back or came to the house to clarify. The company uses quality products and explained the advantages and disadvantages of different products they work with.

The crews were timely, organized, extremely clean, worked non stop, spoke english, polite, answering my questions, explained to me step by step what they were doing as I went onto the roof even hour or so.

They cleaned up the roof, the yard, their work area daily and left no debris. They were careful not to destroy landscaping, or do any damage to the house.

I would research what questions to ask a roofer prior to getting estimates., and be VERY specific as to how they measure, even go on the roof with them as they measure, how many feet of plywood they will replace included in the contract,  ask specifically about fascia, and exactly what type of venting is appropriate for your home
