"Akim is great at what he does. He did a great job restoring/replacing the grout around our Mexican tile that had gotten badly damaged. Looks like new! Very careful and detailed, and very professional! I highly recommend him!!!"

"I just needed a few tiles to be replaced. The work was done cleanly at a reasonable price, and thankfully none of the surrounding tiles were damaged during the repair process."

"Gabriel did an excellent job repairing a very large whole in my ceiling. I had a textured wall so I needed someone who could blend it well. I'm thrilled by the work he did. He left my house clean, was professional and reasonably priced. I will be hiring him again! Top notch!"

"Sorin personally handled the estimate and work. His estimate in time and money was right on. He was so easy to work with and made some excellent suggestions that enhanced our bathroom project. I would have him do all our projects if he could. Sorin is an artist and perfectionist and you can tell he cares about the quality of his work. At the end of each day he swept, cleaned and left an organized space for the next days work. He not only swept the work area but any space he walked through. I can wholeheartedly recommend Simu Design Corp to anyone lucky enough to hire them."

"Marcus did a great job repairing some broken tile and soap holder for us. We purchased the new tile and he was able to install to make it look as we wanted. He was efficient and a pro at his work. We are happy with his service and will hire again for other tile work. I would recommend his services."

"Really enjoyed working with Jason to repair my outside patio tiles. He provided clever recommendations to upgrade the design so that the patio now looks much improved. Reasonable cost for labor and he assisted with material selection at the tile store which was very helpful. I am very pleased with how the project turned out."

"Saed does great work. Detailed work and makes sure that I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire again and recommend! Thanks!"

"Great experience working with Derek Martin from Paradise Associations! We hired Derek to do repair work on an apartment — painting, tile work, and a few other fixes — and he did an excellent job. He was super responsive, professional, and got started right away. The work was high quality, done quickly, and he kept us updated throughout the process. He also provided clear estimates and invoices, which made everything really easy. We were so happy with how it turned out that we had him come back to give an estimate on another project. Derek’s a go-getter and just great to work with. Highly recommend!"
