"We were replacing a huge amount of tile and old carpet in our home. Face of Wood was the medium bid but we had a very poor impression of the low bid person. He seemed unprofessional and seemed to constantly say "no problem" without really even looking at what we were looking for. So we hired Face of Wood. From the very beginning, they were great to work with and very patient with us as we went through wood selection and working with us on the budget. They finished today and did an outstanding job. This is the 3rd home we've installed wood floors in and by far the best. Wood floors are all the same right? What makes them different? It's the small details. Some examples, we used variable width planks and they spaced them very well. The baseboards were put back in great shape. The closets had built in shelving and they were able to actually remove portions to install the flooring underneath instead of a bunch of cuts. That is all good and what you should expect from any quality installer. What makes them great is their ability to go above and beyond. We had 3 very large entertainment centers/built-ins that we wanted removed. I spent weeks trying to find someone to haul them off. Face of Wood came to the rescue and arranged to have it all removed at no additional cost. Our garage door was mis-aligned and would stick shut. They fixed the door on their own. There was a small dent in one of the wood planks that I was hesitant to even mention. After a brief mention, they replaced the plank that same day and never made me feel like I was being too nit-picky. Will definitely use them for all our wood flooring needs. While working on floors, we also discovered they do kitchens with the subdivision Face of Kitchen. We hired them for a kitchen remodel as well. That project is still in progress but so far, we are getting the same level of professionalism and quality work."

"We recently had the pleasure of working with Alex, Alyssa, and their team on replacing the flooring in our upstairs and stairwell with luxury vinyl. From start to finish, Alex demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. We had an idea of what we wanted and, in our our consultation visit, Alex helped us come up with an even better solution than we had imagined. Their communication throughout the project was clear and thorough. The worked very hard and completed the project ahead of schedule - faster than what they quoted us! Alex and his team made what could have been a stressful renovation process smooth and easy. We found them to be very friendly and trustworthy. We are extremely happy - the attention to detail is something you just donâ t find that often here in So Fla. We highly recommend Alex and his team for any flooring project and appreciate their outstanding service throughout the process!"

"I would recommend this company to anyone who wants flooring installed. Received a call within minutes of my initial post. Received an estimate over the phone and had my project done two days later. The installer arrived early was extremely nice and his work was great!!!!"

"outstanding experience. Mario who is the owner, was excellent to work with. at our first meeting he came prepared with samples and walked us through the installation process, timelines and costs. We had a quote within a business day. We locked in a date and his team showed up. They worked fast, clean and completed the installation of 2100 Sq Feet of flooring over our tile in only 3 days. I was amazed how quickly they were able to remove old base boards and carpeting upstairs, while installing new flooring and baseboards in the entire house. We normally do not leave reviews. Especially for home projects, but this experience was very positive and we'll like to tell others about our experience with MP Floors. Definitely exceeded our expectations!"

"One thing I have unfortunately learned from doing renovations in Miami is that it is very hard to find a good/reliable contractor. Mick and his team were incredible. Mick helped me from from beginning to end. He did the estimate himself, which was extremely clear and his prices were beyond fair. Mick answered every one of my annoying questions and was extremely responsive. Everything was done on time and done really well. I highly recommend you call Mick for your floors (and some other tile work as well). I love my floors!! Thank you so much!"

"Fernando is truly a master of his craft. We had extensive damage from rot, water, and termites in our oak hardwood floors. This was due to improper installation of the original flooring by a previous owner. Fernando tore the flooring and subfloor out down to the concrete for 2/3 of the floor. He rebuilt the entire floor and replaced it with new properly installed flooring. The integration of the old and new flooring is seamless. His expert staining of the new flooring exactly matches the decades old original. You get what you pay for. Don’t be intimidated by the price of his work he’s reasonable and flexible and worked with us to keep the costs as low as possible. He cleaned up the worksite removing all the debris from the tear out. I will be hiring him for a refinish job in the near future. I strongly suggest that you choose this company as your top contender for your hardwood floor work."

"Diogo is a very friendly, honest gentleman that understood exactly what I wanted. He listened to me and he also gave me great ideas. They installed my floors and they did a excellent job. He will be coming back to do more work for me. He comes on time and is very reliable. Iâ m going to recommend him to everyone I know. Hire him, you wonâ t be sorry!"

"I am thrilled with my decision hiring Paradise Association to remodel my master bathroom. The job was completed timely and on pre-planned schedule. Their team was extremely helpful and even gave me suggestions and help picking out materials. Someone from their team was in constant contact with me each day to ensure all is going well and as expected. I highly recommend this company for your next project."
