We discussed the situation and Shane asked me to send him a variety of pics of the hardware, gate openers and controller, which I did. After a review, he suggested I buy a new battery to see if that solved the problem before scheduling an on-site visit. He suspected it would, and it did! We very much appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. We've owned rural property at other locations and know that gate repair can be complicated. "Shane at Rolling Garage Doors and Gates installed wood-look, insulated garage doors on our home. Our original doors were in poor condition and were improperly installed to begin with. We wanted to go with fairly high-end doors to improve the appearance of our home. Shane came to our home and reviewed options with us, and helped us select some very nice looking doors. "Corey and his team from Superior Fence did an excellent job with the fence repair and construction of a new gate. Extra work was involved in the project because both concrete and large unseen rocks deep within the soil needed to be removed before they could replace the posts and redo a dilapidated gate. This is the second time that we have used Superior Fence. A few years ago they repaired two large sections of fence which had also fallen due to wind storm. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism and highly recommend them."

"Wonderful. We had a different garage door company come out a few days ago for a tune up. During that visit the technician said we needed to replace the springs since they different (cost $297). He was supposed to come out a few days later to perform the service. Never showed or left a message for the appointment. So I called Alex to replace the springs. When he arrived he said the springs did not need to be replaced just adjusted. He said the other service was only looking to make a sale. Our garage door works like a charm! "My garage door was behaving erratically when I attempted to close it -- to the point where I had to manually assist' in the closing of the door.  Obviously, I needed to have it serviced.  I went to my 'go-to' site for a referral and discovered ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS on Angie's List.  The technician, David, arrived shortly after the scheduled time and proceeded to inspect the door.  He swapped out the door rollers and even added addtitional brackets to better support the door rails. Before he left, he did additional little things to ensure a quieter garage door operation, as well as giving me tips on future maintenance.  Overall, a dream experience!  My garage door now works like it did on it's initial installation some 10 years ago.  Thanks David and thanks ELK GROVE OVERHEAD DOORS !! <br />"
