"TL;DR Don't worry, G3 REALLY IS as good as all the reviews say. We are a little older and more worn out than typical first-time home owners and we bought an old house that needed a lot of work and we needed help. Our experiences with other contactors has been poor to say the least. (Does ANYBODY know a good plumber or electrician that will do small jobs WELL? Do they exist anymore?) Thankfully we contacted Greg and his team at G3 and finally hit the jackpot. I had a very long list of questions for him because of poor past experiences with other contractors and he answered every one with straight-forward, informative answers. He was also very patient and easy to talk with. It turns out that Greg is a craftsman and a REAL pro and promised that he would only be finished with the job when we were happy. It is obvious by the quality of work that his team does that he values his reputation and keeps his word, which is critical for me. I was sceptical from being burned in the past (sorry Greg) but he proved my skepticism completely unwarranted. I now have the nicest gutters on my block, and an underground drainage system to boot and Greg and his team have an insulation installation job at my house coming up that they don't know about yet LOL. I only wish that he was also a house painter because I have several buckets of blue paint that mock me every time I go into my shop and my wife reminds me about them every month or so."

"I had my roof installed 5years ago by this company. We have in those 5 years had several high wind/hail incidents and my roof has had zero problems. Well the last high winds popped off about a 6 foot section of the roof cap. I contacted them today and they were able to send someone out and repair it. "I gave a 3 star rating after careful consideration. There is siding and guttering on my house, so there was some work done on my home. Please note that 3 out of 5 is equal to 60%, which is just shy of a failing grade. I spent $38,500 for the work done on my home. I wanted so badly to have a good experience and be happy with the quality of work. Unfortunately, that was not at all what I received. I made a $5,000 down payment in November 2019. Work was to begin at the end of January 2020. Owner, Lewis Gonzalez, kept putting me off and the work did not actually begin until June 2020. I am a pharmacist and was dealing with the early phase of the COVID pandemic, so I was somewhat distracted during this time. I definitely wish I would have ended the business relationship during the 5 month delay, but hindsight is always 20/20. Lewis had two young men that he called "the Russian guys" working on my project. Much of their work was questionable at best. These gentlemen ripped the dryer ventilation duct apart while removing the exterior vent, covered up rotted wood that I had specifically pointed out to be removed and replaced, screwed siding trim into styrofoam backing, etc. I could go on, but I have pictures of the work that will better detail the situations. Then, during the second week of work, Lewis informed that "the Russian guys" were going on vacation and would not be finishing the work on my home. Lewis and some of his other workers finished the job. I had two garages doors that were to be removed so that an exterior wall could be built to enclose the garage. A double door was also to be installed as part of the wall. Daylight can be seen from inside the garage where there is an open gap. Standing outside the garage, you can see areas of unprotected plywood, used to construct the wall, behind the siding. I recently learned that the plywood is not nailed into the 2x4 framing, so the exterior wall is actually bowed out. Inside the garage, the 2x4 framing does not meet in the corners where it was erected. The guttering has been another catastrophe. Work was "completed" the week after 4th of July weekend in 2020. The following week I saw where the gutter opening dumped water on a junction between the shingles and fascia of another part of the roof. I sent Lewis a video on 7/13/2020 of the situation. He told me multiple times in the intervening months that it would be corrected. It is still not corrected. It is a strange coincidence that the roof failed at this very location and has caused water damage to the ceiling in the interior garage. I could go on and on about the frustrations and disappointments of this past year since the work began, but I think photos and videos would do a much better job of conveying my feelings. I recently signed up for Facebook again so I could get these pictures and videos online. I thought I was finished with social media in 2011 when I closed my Facebook account, but here I am again.
