"The pavement built up went perfectly and there is no longer a large bump when entering the garage. The seal coating initially went well. They were careful to protect a paver sidewalk that buts up to the driveway. However, the night after the coat was put down, and prior to the coating curing completely, a storm with torrential downpours came through. Some of the coating splashed up onto the garage door leaving it a mess. As soon as Advance was notified of this they came out and fixed the problem, no questions asked no argument or debate. Advance Paving and Property did a good job on the work they were contracted and the service after the sale was phenomenal. I would not think twice about hiring them again for future projects."

My prior tree removal service had lied to me and had not properly ground down a large tree stump that was within the space. When this was discovered it delayed the asphalt project by a half day. They never complained or made it a bad experience even though they lost money on the project due to the delay. That is professionalism. I would highly recommend them again.
