I had 5 trees removed a great team did accomplished it a little more than 30 minutes 2 trucks in the driveway one grinding tree trunks blowing everything into another truck at the same time went back to the site and raked all the branches and debris and walked away leaving a clean area.Doug Wagner was great explained everything called me when trees would be removed and the team showed up right at the time almost to the minute. "Jon, the owner, was very quick to respond to my call. He came out within a couple days to meet with me and discuss the job. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me in detail. The tree that was needed to be removed had grown into the fence near it. It was a difficult job, stated to me by several tree experts including Big Twigs. Jon was the only company that would remove the tree AND stump. The other companies would not even consider removing the stump. The fence post was the only thing left at the area when the job was completed. Jon and his team did an amazing job!!!!!!! They did a better job than I had expected due to the nature of the fence and post being a huge hurdle to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend Big Twigs. "The owner of the company called me promptly. He came the next day to give me a quote. I felt that his price of $300. was reasonable, and agreed on the day for service. The day of service, he called to let me know that he would be a few minutes late. He came, took care of my tree, and cleaned up afterwards. He even took away a pile of small branches that I had accumulating, from around the house. I really appreciated how quickly I could get the whole matter of my tree taken care of. It was finished in the time that it takes some companies just to come and give a quote. I also appreciated the call, telling me that he was running a few minutes late.
