"These guys were awesome! They arrived on time and had a large crew with clean and updated machinery. Before the crew cut my trees and bushes they took the time to explain what they were going to do BEFORE cutting which I really appreciated! The owner Jon answered all of my questions and was very patient and knowledgeable. The crew also explained to me how to monitor the health of my trees in the future which is very important to me since this is the first house + yard I’ve owned and have never had to take care of so many trees. The crew cleaned up my yard when they were finished and left it spotless. They also were able to avoid marking up any of the grass and moved all of my furniture back as well. They also unhooked all of the cords connected to my house prior to any of the cutting and trimming and re-hooked all of them back perfectly. I appreciated Big Twigs for their punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge about the health of my trees and how they took care of my house + yard throughout the trimming process and post care as well. "Feb. 2022 Ron S. (Brighton, MI) - In late Jan, TMPN Sales Rep. Adam provided a very competitive written quote on the spot, with copies of insurance policies, on trimming 2 oak trees and cutting down 2 - 25" oaks. The trees, with large limbs (10"-12" dia.) hanging over the house, were located in a confined area between 2 houses limiting the drop zone along with having to avoid overhead electrical lines. This was a difficult job requiring the proper equipment, skill of the men (Tyler & Jason) doing the cutting and rope rigging as well as dropping the electrical line to my neighbor's house. Adam communicated very well in setting up timing as well as arriving with the crew (6-8 men) to make sure they knew exactly what was to be done. On site, in order to avoid overhead electrical lines, the crew built a temporary ramp for the bucket truck to transverse a drop in the yard ground level. Great care was exercised in lowering the pieces of large limbs and branches onto the house roof, cutting into smaller pieces and removal. Clean-up was also good. I would recommend this crew and hire them again."

"The owner of the company called me promptly. He came the next day to give me a quote. I felt that his price of $300. was reasonable, and agreed on the day for service. The day of service, he called to let me know that he would be a few minutes late. He came, took care of my tree, and cleaned up afterwards. He even took away a pile of small branches that I had accumulating, from around the house. I really appreciated how quickly I could get the whole matter of my tree taken care of.
