"This 'deal' was for two hours electrical work for x$. Upon starting with the fan he advised me that a fan install usually took him about one hour. Upon completion, he took the basement door fixture downstairs and returned shortly, telling me that we'd have to pay for another hour (at $92 per hour) if he was to do the installation at the basement door. Well, what was I to do but agree to pay the extra charge. My mistake was not accurately charting time of arrival etc. The service tech was on time and very (maybe too) talkative.
