"Wonderful! The service technician confirmed the appointment the night before installation and arrived promptly the next morning. He explained the electronics and how they work. We worked to find the best placement for my electronics monitor box since my garage does not have an outlet on an outside facing wall. The box was installed in my living room (my suggestion) under a table that sits on an outside facing wall and near an outlet. It is also hidden by a curtain, so it all works out. The technician thoroughly explained the training program for my six-month old poodle mix so that he could learn the boundaries. I was left with an instruction sheet and told to call if there were any problems or questions. I followed the program as instructed and my puppy learned and responded to the beeping of the collar very quickly. I can go to the mailbox or neighbor's yard knowing that my puppy will stay in the yard!
