"The quality of work was just fine for what I needed. The biggest problem for me was the rescheduling. They came to demo'd the floors on a Saturday and we scheduled for them to come back once the concrete was dry on the next Wednesday. I got a call from the gentleman who demo'd the floors let me know they will be there on Thursday instead because something came up with their other job. That Thursday morning at 7:30am a few hours before they were supposed to arrive, they called again to reschedule for Saturday. That's a full week of my kitchen not having floors and rescheduled twice. I think the thing that irritated me the most was when asked when I wanted them to arrive on Saturday, I said 9:30am. The immediate response was 8:30am would be better for them. So I agreed because I wanted this experience to be over with. They of course did not arrive that Saturday until 10:30am. It seems they do not have any understanding or respect for other peoples time. When I complained to Olga (I believe manager), she apologized and informed me they are short staffed and offered a discount. Hopefully their short staffing issues will be resolved soon."
