Power came back on so I didn't follow up. Generator hasn't worked and was worried about a power outage, so I reached back out. More recently our house had a lightening strike, knocking our half the circuits.  I sent Ryan an email at 11:00 PM and he responded in 15 minutes that he would be out the following day.  He came right on time, repaired the issues that needed to be repaired.  He did not have all the parts on his truck and asked if he could pick them up and finish up the following day.  My family was heading out on vacation the next day and I told Ryan we could finish this up when we return.  His response was "lets get this done before you leave".  He went out, got the parts, returned in a hour and finished up the job.
