"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. The contract clearly outline payment schedules and roofing material used (brand, type, and colors). They worked with our insurance company and pointed out things the insurance inspector did not take into consideration. Pro Custom Builders filed for the permits and are licensed and insured. They have the right tools and safety equipment. The roofers were experienced. We are very satisfied with the work. Even though, they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The next day, a different person came out to check the yard, again, looking for nails. It is great to have a perfectly done roof."

"Tom had done minor gutter work for us before, so I called him back for this project.  He arrived when promised to provide an estimate, and we agreed that day to have his company do our project.  There was a slight delay in getting to our project due adverse weather affecting projects scheduled ahead of ours, and I had to call him for an updated start date.  We agreed on when he could provide the updated start date; he then called back as promised to set that date.
