All the posts and rails are perfectly straight and level with self closing gates too. We are one of the few companies in the Reno area that are licensed as Landscape Architects and Contractors from the state of Nevada. LandArt really focuses on the needs of the customer and includes them in every step of way.

We completed the first phase of the project, which included fence replacement, gas line installation, and patio extension. We chose not to complete additional phases following repeated miscommunication, poor project management, inability to receive multiple quotes for subcontracted work, and dissatisfaction with the final work product. We’ve chosen to write this review following the receipt of an email from Mr. Rockwell that threatened legal action for nonpayment 30 days after final payment was remitted and cleared the bank. We do not recommend working with them."

Sod installations FAQs
Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
“To determine how much sod you need, first calculate your yard’s total area by sketching your layout and multiplying each section’s length by its width. Standard sod pieces measure 2 feet by 1½ feet, and one pallet covers 450 square feet. Divide your total square footage by this pallet coverage figure and consult your sod provider for precise estimates to ensure you purchase the correct amount.”
“New sod develops a strong root system within 10 to 14 days, so it is not ready for heavy use until this period is complete. Do not walk on or disturb the sod during this critical phase, as premature activity delays healthy rooting. Allow the grass to settle firmly to secure long-term lawn durability.”

However, refrain from heavy traffic or frequent mowing until six weeks have passed and the roots have fully anchored the sod.
