"My house was designed by my late husband, and was invaded by woodpeckers. Even though the house is in a wooded area, the woodpeckers decided to peck p n my house rather than the surrounding trees. Repairs had been made, but they continued to damage the house,garage,etc. I thought there had to be a better, more permanent solution. A contractor had given me QuincyBarrett's information, the owner of Crown Pointe Remodeling. I contacted him, explained the problem, and what I had researched as a possible solution. He listened, and asked when I would be available for him to come to assess the damage, and to offer options, and/ or solutions. Quincy came out two days later, walked around the house,and garage, asked questions, and I explained that the integrity of the house had to remain as close as possible to the original. He understood. Explained how all could be accomplished by using a vinyl siding by Board and Batten. Animals cannot peck or chew. It is basically animal proof. The windows and doors would be wrapped giving it a more finished look. I was excited, but also hesitant about the project. I decided to go forward, and Quincy was very helpful answering all of my questions, and concerns. So I moved forward with the project. My daughters live in NYC, and they were kept up to date, and Quincy answered their questions as well. When it was time to choose the colors, Quincy brought the samples, took pictures, and sent them to my daughters so they could see the samples alongside the existing color of the house in real time. Once the colors were chosen, it was time to order. That was April 27th, 2021. The siding, trim,etc. were delivered May 28th, 2021. Tuesday, June 1st, Juan, and Antonio, the crew came, and began working. They were hard workers, businesslike, and perfectionist. They started working as soon as they arrived, and continued until dusk, and some days later. They completed the siding on Monday, June14th. The next team came on June 16th, 2021 to replace the gutters, downspouts, and screening. Ian Miller was the foreman on the project, and he was readily available to answer any questions or concerns. I was very pleased with the outcome. The transformation is unbelievable!!! I would refer Quincy Barrett, and the Crown Pointe Remodeling Company to anyone looking for a REAL PROFESSIONAL company, and crew!!!"
