"Our 10 year old 30yr Elk shingle roof was looking streaked and tired.  I had heard that the roof could be cleaned, so I went to Angies List and found Shane at Texas Roof Cleaning.  I was pleased that the owner answered the phone and set up an appointment for the following week to come out and clean the roof.  On the day of the cleaning, Shane called ahead and actually arrived earlier than scheduled.  He and his assistant did a beautiful job on my roof.  It looks as good as it did the day it was installed.  I would have been thrilled at this point with paying and seeing them on their way.  But, Shane cleaned all my gutters, washed the wood siding and washed off all the windows and cleaned the mildew off my large brick steps to the front porch.  I did not ask for any of these extras and I was not charged extra!  In addition, he told me that there was a ten year warranty on the shingles for streaking and told me how to make a claim with the manufacturer.  To top off this wonderful service, the bill came to about $200 less than the estimate.  Now, this is the way to run a company!!!! <br />"
