"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"Called Quality Repair/Tom Agnew to install a ceiling fan and replace front door. He called me back that same day and we set up a time for him to come out and give an estimate. Tom was upfront with us about extra problems that may occur with replacing our front door so we decided that we would hold off on that project. He did give us an estimate for the install of the ceiling fan. He explained that he was booked for this month but that if he had a cancellation or a free hour at some point he would call. He called that same week and he came over and installed the fan for us. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and offered alternate suggestions for our front door situation. I will definitely be calling him again when I need some handyman work done. Very pleased.  <br>"

Rigdon went above and beyond this past week. I had a cleaning scheduled for Friday, in preparation for an event in my home on Saturday afternoon. I received a call Friday morning explaining they would need to reschedule due to a staffing issue. My first thought was panic because my windows were so dusty and dirty. Immediately the scheduler offered to send a technician on Saturday morning as she noticed a note in my file referring to the Saturday event.
