"The Service tech was efficient and qualified to do the job. He did his job in an hour explained everything he needed and would do and the cost. With that said I will not hire this company again. Their charges are not appropriate for the time spent at site.They charge by the job not the hour which they explained but I needed the job done immediately so I had them complete the work. My job was simple enough to be completed in an hour and the cost was over $250. I will not recommend them to anyone. They did explain that if they just had to change the lightbulb that the charge would be different. I would not try it just find out or suggest anyone do try it. These charges might work for some people, but not someone in my tax bracket."

Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. Not only will they be here but texted me the info! Total Comfort kiss our 15 year old relationship goodbye! And Jason, you need to up your game."

"called me and arrived before scheduled appt.. worked out great for me . replaced two sprinklers and checked that all the sprinklers and put the correct time on the controller...He also checked that each sprinkler were providing adequate coverage to the areas they were suppose to..I have used this company for about 15 years .will definitely call him again .."
