"Overall things went well. The doors and the installation are wonderful. The installers did the work in 9 hours while I was at work. Some of the down side was that I has to call for updates on the door status, they did not call to inform me. The salesman was great to work with but he made a mistake when totaling the price and left out a door, so he had to let me know later that the price was higher. Which was after I told the competition I was going with Duncan. That wasn't cool. Then the door manufacturer made the wrong door. Duncan would have replaced it for free but I elected to keep it and have the manufacturer take $500 off the price. The door looks great anyway."

He took the time to go to Lowe's with us and make sure we ordered the right door for our project and came back a month later to install it for us. He went above and beyond to help us out!
