"They called and reschedule because of mechanical issues with their truck. They had reminders and contacted us on the day of the cleaning that they were running late. I appreciated that they kept us informed. They were only 1/2 hour late, but actually finished the job on time. They took pre-cleaning pictures and post-cleaning pictures. What a difference!! It is amazing how much collects in the ducts. I could tell the first night that my breathing at night was better. They were very professional and obviously knew their business because they found ducts we didn't know we had. Excellent job!!"

The only reason I am giving a C for Punctuality is because they told me that they were at a job the previous day only a few miles from my home vs having to travel 45 minutes from their first job of the day.  <br /> Two guys came & worked as a team to clean all the air ducts, & dryer vent. When I went downstairs to check on them, there was a huge mess all over the floor. When I went back down there for final review, they had cleaned it all up.  They worked from 2:30 pm to 5:45 pm. <br /> This was a very good experience. They did not try to sell me additional stuff. They did their job as good as they could. The price quote of $350 that I received from the lady who scheduled my appointment, was the amount I paid the service man.  <br /> I am glad that I called them & I would recommend them to anyone else who needs air ducts cleaned. <br />"
