They were pretty quick to get back to me when I inquired about an estimate and they were quick to set up a date to come out and give me a quote. Their pricing was about on par with other quotes I had received and they were able to set up a date for the replacement a week after I received the estimate. The day of the job, they were out there early and were done just after noon. They did a fairly decent job cleaning up, although they did miss a couple of nails and shingles. This was my first experience having a roof replaced and I'm very satisfied with the work that Chesapeake Roofing did."

"I was mostly satisfied with the roofing job. It was completed in one day and it has stopped the leaking issues that I previously had. The only issues that I had was that the cleanup of the old roofing was not as complete as I would have liked. They did a fairly good job of cleaning the front of the house where the bulk of the old roofing material was, but they neglected the rear of the house where there was residual material not removed. I had to clean the backyard. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the there was an additional cost of replacing some of the wood decking that I did not find out about until they requested the final payment. I would have appreciated learning of this at the time that they were doing this so that I would not have been surprised by the increased costs."

"Called 3 different companies and all came out but only 2 gave me quotes back. One being JDH, they were all pretty much priced the same and each company had great reviews but something about these guys really stood out. Jim and Ken first people I spoke with and they were so professional but also made me feel like part of the family. This is a locally owned company and I have always tried to support the local small town business. So happy we went this route. We added a bathroom to our basement, new construction. The bathroom turned out to be absolutely beautiful and is perfect for my Mother who has now moved in and named her new space her mini spa. It is small but mighty with little touches that really shows a master carpenter was in the space. We are all thrilled with the quality of this project. After that my husband and I knew we needed to upgrade our master and guest bath so we asked for project number 2. Our master bathroom was a carpet on the floor dark and dreary nightmare. They turned that eyesore into a retreat! Jim and Ken really listened to what I needed as a client- and I know I'm picky and difficult- but they took everything I threw at them and the rest is history.
