The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. He liked how he explained everything, telling us what was important, what was needed, and what was over kill, that we did not need.
He was very low pressure which was nice.

We liked the life time warranty that would attach to the house, and not to us.
That way if we sell the house the warranty would be with the house.

In terms of the actual work they were very fast, and in and out in 2 days.
Everything cleaned up , everything done actually the way we had discussed.
