They were one of 4 places I called, and I went with them because first and foremost they were professional and knowledgeable, and secondly their price was competitive. On Tuesday A-1 arrived promptly at 9am as they said they would and finished cleaning the ducts on my 1400sqft ranch after about 1.5 hours. After cleaning the ducts (trunk, branches and returns), they cleaned up a small mess made by having to cut access points into the ducts, leaving my house in a clean condition.
