"Would highly recommend Best Electrical and Jeremy Carter. He was professional and did great work hanging several lights, ceiling fan and mounting a tv outside. The work was done well, quickly and for a great price. Would definitely used them again!!"

"The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. From my perspective, Vitex is the only vendor for high end state of the art installations."

"We bought an older home and had toilet backup issues just a few weeks after moving in. I called 3 "A" rated plumbers on Angie's List. Jack was very reasonably priced when compared to the other two I contacted (one of those companies wanted $370/hr on the weekend). Jack spent a 1/2 day trying to clear obstructions from the downstairs toilet -- he pulled out cotton shop towels, masking tape and other items likely left by remodelers hired by the previous owner. He also pulled tree roots out which was a bad sign. Unable to clear the blockage, he brought a crew back on Monday to trace the line using an electronic device. Since the line didn't have cleanouts, it's wasn't apparent how the line went from the house to the street. Jack brought an excavator and proceeded to take out the old line (which was packed full) and clear blockages both to the house and from the curb to the street. He installed new PVC pipe with 3 cleanouts. I'm thankful that we were able to connect to existing pipe and didn't have to tear up the new patio. Jack and his crew are a hard workers - spending 11+ hours on this job. He had given me a quote prior to doing the work and actually gave a significant discount since he didn't have to dig as deep as originally thought (4 ft. vs. 7 ft). I would trust him to do any work I have in the future and he will be the first one I call."

"The previous night we noticed that our power was fluctuating.  The lights and other appliances would dim or not work at full power for about 10-15 seconds and then return to normal for about 10-15 seconds.  This went on for about an hour.  Then the power went completely out and came back on a few minutes later.  The power fluctuations continued.  I called the city electric company and they sent someone out the next morning. The city guy showed up about 9 am and said that when he pulled the cover off of our meter box the meter lug had blown and the interior of the box was blackened around the lug and that the wires to the lug were glowing red hot.  He turned off power to the house and said that it could not be turned back on until after an electrician came and fixed the problem(s) and a city inspector came out and approved the work.I called our landlord and he ok'd me calling an electrician, so I looked on google and found one.  The electrician I found evaluated the problems with our meter box, meter lugs, main service wire, and the fuse box and determined what repairs would be needed:-Replace everything on outside of house-Replace main service line-Replace meter can and mast-Add a main disconnect with extra spaces for the air conditioner-Add a main grounding systemThey told me that the work would take 6-8 hours to complete (this was at 2pm) and that the inspection office closes at 4, so we would not have our power turned back on until at least the next morning (we've been in a heat wave so that did not sit well with me).  They called our landlord to tell him about the cost ($4800), and my landlord told them that we would figure out something else and to <strong>not</strong> do the work. They started doing the work anyway and I had to stop them once I spoke to my landlord and he told me that CJ's Electric was going to come out. When I told them to stop and that my landlord said "NO" and I handed him my phone so he could speak with my landlord. When he got off the phone with my landlord the guy said "Well that's not what he said to me earlier." And went back to his van and left. The guy from CJ's showed up about 3pm and inspected the box on the exterior of the house and the fuse box on the inside of the house.  He said that he only needed to replace the meter lug, sink 2 grounding rods, and install a new grounding wire. He was done in an hour and he had the inspector out there and turned my power back on by 4:30. It only cost us $607. That's nearly a $4200 difference!I will DEFINITELY use them again if needed and recommend them to anyone I know who needs an electrician!!"

"As this is their busy season they were not able to come out and give me an estimate for about a week. Mark responded and due to his experience and horticultural knowledge was able to provide a much needed solution. My property is rather large and has several problem areas. I have erosion issues around the pond which will ultimately be costly to resolve, but he broke down the much needed work into separate phases to help with the cost. I knew this would be a bit on the expensive side, but I was looking for someone who really understood my specific needs to use native plantings for improving the landscape, help with erosion issues, and minimal maintenance. I chose this company as I was looking for a greener or a more natural landscape solution, and the fact this company has been in business many years. Phase one of the work has been completed and I am extremely happy with the landscape improvement/solution. i will definitely consider using them again in the future to do more of the necessary work outlined in the original plan. <br />"
