"It is always my pleasure to work with Big Frog Electric. I am a frequent client, and I have a long list of improvements that BFE has helped me with through the years. I am their biggest fan because they are solid and reliable with reasonable prices. The replacement of the breaker panel a few years back took care of all my concerns, then the lights and outlets you guys installed in my crawlspace were a success, and the recessed light in the kitchen ... a beautiful addition. I wanted to write this as a thank you note for all the help. I happily recommend you ..."

"The technician was prompt, professional, and provided several options for solving my issue. Given that the current Trane system was 25 years old, he also provided written estimates for two different replacement systems. I opted for the parts replacement and repair and am pleased with the result. The company has also called since to check to see if I was satisfied with their service. Way to go TE Certified!"

"Excellent communication with service representative. The representative "Garry", was very clear and informative during the work process. In the future I will definitely call Sparky again for my electrical repairs."

"Awesome! Shirley took my call this morning and was very efficient and professional in getting my contact information as well as scheduling Gary (Plumber) to see us later in the morning. Shirley was also very polite and pleasant! Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue. He explained his plan for repair of the issue and gave us the amount it would cost, which was very reasonable. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work! We will use Keep Smiling Plumbing again if necessary and hopefully will have Gary as our plumber. Sincerely, Greg B."

"Ben showed up as planned and found the fault within two minutes. Repaired and that's a wrap. I will call him again if needed."

"Benjamin was an excellent electrician. He performed all repairs I needed on a timely and efficient basis. He went out if his way to be helpful and let me know what was most beneficial for my particular situation."

"Jonathan and Jason did a great job with our electrical upgrade. Jonathon took the time to explain everything in depth, the price was very reasonable, and Jason was able to do the work at an expert level on time and to the quote. Great experience."

"I called Lighting Bug Electric for a quote to install a generator transfer switch. The office was prompt with scheduling and called to let me know each time when a technician would be out and was on his way. Timing was accurate. Leo came out to give a quote. He looked everything over, listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and made sound recommendations. I was very impressed with Leo and felt comfortable with the quote and his abilities. This wasn't our first transfere switch intall. I wanted Leo to do the install so I set up an appointment for install with him on the spot for the following week. Leo and Michael came out to do the install. Again the office called to let me know the were on thier way and would be arriving in about 35-40 minutes. I sat my Alexa for a reminder, they were exactly on time. The install was fast and efficient. Very little loss of power (inconvenience to me). Afterwards, Leo walked me through the operating process and again patiently answered all my questions. Michael whom Im assuming was his assistant was very pleasant and personable. Both were people you felt you could trust. They felt like *family doing the job, you knew you were in good hands. *Just FYI , my dad (who has passed) was a licensed electrician and had his own business. We were spoiled if we needed any electrical work, dad would do it. You know he was thorough. Im not an electrician but just growing up in the environment its easy to spot electricians that are sincere, knowledgeable, thorough and care. I highly recommend Leo and Lighting bug electric."
